How long does a self Cleaning Oven take to clean-Admiral?
We have a former admiral cleaning stove itself and its seems to forever to clean four hours or more and we would like to know how long it should normally take
If yours is only 4 hours ur lucky. I have a GE, I remove the grates, then the lock and turn the dial. It takes almost all day. The beeps me and lets me know when is safe to open and clean the soot. I can see the temperature too. Meanwhile, I'm cleaning the shelves with an SOS pad to the sink or outside. Rinse and they are ready when the oven is done. Have you tried Easy Off oven spray for self-cleaning ovens? If mine is not real dirty. I just spray, wait the appropriate time, then wipe. It is clean and not smoke.
