What is the best way to obtain bids for office cleaning?
The best way I found with a service company is to "see the people. "Visit businesses, churches, schools, daycare centers, etc. Introduce yourself. Explain your services. Think about what differentiates you – perhaps you only use organic, environmentally friendly cleaning products. Offer to clean their place of reduced rate as an introductory offer. Good luck!
