I am a professional housekeeper and yet I am stumped on this one. My clients have all the appliances stainless steel. I went to clean them with Windex, and I noticed that little fat stood out. They were using a stainless steel cleaner that is oil based, so I guess that's what stood out. After removing (or tried) the accumulation I reapplied even cleaner. Ive tried all sorts of cleaning, polishing, etc. and some custom marks come off, but in any If he is looking worse the more I try, fingerprints, Food, water marks, etc. It seems cleaners and oil-based polishes do the better, but develop over time. advice? I used to work at an appliance manufacturer and sellers swore by microfiber cloths. I tried it myself and they work very well on stainless steel. They can not remove fat, but for fingerprints, they work like a charm. Just add a little water on the cloth, wipe with the grain.
