Cleaning Stainless Steel
I am a professional housekeeper and yet I am stumped on this one. My clients have all the appliances stainless steel. I went to clean them with Windex, and I noticed that little fat stood out. They were using a stainless steel cleaner that is oil based, so I guess that's what stood out. After removing (or tried) the accumulation I reapplied even cleaner. I used to work at an appliance manufacturer and sellers swore by microfiber cloths. I tried it myself and they work very well on stainless steel. They can not remove fat, but for fingerprints, they work like a charm. Just add a little water on the cloth, wipe with the grain.
