I use vinegar, because I'm too lazy to clean the grout and tile separately. It will remove most everything except the red wine you will need bleach or borax. But vinegar is ideal for cleaning grout because it is acidic and you do not rinse.

Keep Your Carpet Clean
The carpet is a surface coating relatively little sweet talk with a lot of qualities beneficial. Some of these benefits include: a soft surface for safety and comfort, a filter for pollution control of indoor air the aesthetic qualities of color and texture, and heat convection.
However, some consumers perceive to be difficult carpet maintain. By following a simple routine care, the carpet will look great and last for several years. Here are some suggestions to ensure years of use beautiful carpet.
One of the best maintenance actions a consumer can make is in their mats Vacuum often. It is important to choose a vacuum that meets or exceeds the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) Green Label Seal of Approval program. This certification ensures that vacuum has exceeded in testing air quality and dependability use a modern carpet. Believe it or not several popular vacuum cleaners on the market are too aggressive on the carpet and can cause premature wear. Using a vacuum cleaner approved by CRI Green Label program mitigates this concern. To find CRI Green Label approved vacuum, carpet-rug.org/commercial-customers/cleaning-and-maintenance/seal-of-approval-products/vacuums.cfm visit
One question is how often people Must empty? Indeed with a CRI Green Label approved vacuum, the answer is as often as necessary. Factors such as the use of carpets, animals, children, land transition (ie land or went walking trails at the entrance of the house), and other factors discussed in the decision on how often empty. A rule of thumb is free to vacuum once or twice a week Unless the above factors come into play. It is not uncommon for some consumers to vacuum once or twice a day to control hair and animal dander. Conversely, if the use of a room receives little or no carpet, vacuuming only a couple of times a month May more sense. The short answer is we can not vacuum too often.
Treat stains immediately
modern carpet has an amazing ability to hide the soil is dry. Above I noted that controls vacuum frequently much loose soil dry, but the vacuum does not address spills, spots and stains caused by liquids. Fight against liquid stains is a fairly easy task and the sooner a consumer addresses site Fresh Premium. modern carpet is made of earth blocking the chemistry, but it is not infallible. Over time this ground blocking the chemical disappears carpeting and floor mats will not stand as well as it did when he was nine. In addition, some OTC-spotting and home-made spotting solutions are too harsh on the chemistry of carpet "surface-to-lock and chemistry will be compromised.
The best way to treat spots, Spills and stains is to follow these 3 step approach:
1) Identify the source – to try to discover the source by the sight and smell. Please note: If the spill is corrosive or dangerous, do not try to clean it yourself. It is best to call a professional who has a background in specialty carpet cleaning to protect yourself, family and pets, or if it's dangerous if you do not know how to deal with spills. Scoop / remove / extract – If the spill is significant, with a Shop-Vac "mode of wet milling, it will be easier to remove the bulk. Small stains can be removed with a cotton white terry towel or microfiber cloth. It is important use a white cloth to wipe to ensure that there is no transfer of the color of cloth or towel to the carpet.
2) Treat – All points fall into two types (or sometimes a combination – such as certain types of ink): oil based and water based. stains Oil-based are caused by fuels, oils, inks, grease, nail painting, etc. Water-based stains are caused by urine, vomit, feces, food and beverages, fertilizers, etc. It is important to treat everyone according to their type. water-based spills, spots and stains need to be treated with solutions based on water and oil based stains should be treated with oil based branding solutions. Vacuuming is effective for the removal of dry soil and spot cleaning is a great way keep the carpet looking great between cleanings. Like all textiles, such as clothing, better cleaning system is necessary when the carpet becomes uniform dirty. The Environmental Protection Agency and carpet mills recommend cleaning as frequently between 3 months and 18 months, depending on use and soil types. As indicated above, the carpet has an amazing ability to hide soil. Hoover Vacuum Company has commissioned a study and determined modern rugs that can completely hide a book of soil in a square foot of carpet! Over time "carpet traffic lanes" can be engraved on a permanent if the soil depth is not removed. It is best to clean your carpet before the show ground because once it accumulates, permanent damage has probably already begun.
Method is the best
There are five recognized methods of cleaning carpet – hot water extraction, adsorption Foam, Shampoo, RI and absorption of dry powder. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. Hot Water Extraction, sometimes referred to as "steam cleaning" is the most popular method of cleaning and is the only method that rinses the carpet fibers. However, one of the five methods are effective in the care of an experienced technician.
Select Make yourself or a Pro?
For Light stains, spills and stains, consumers can usually be remedied by using techniques and stains above graph. But when it is time to clean large areas of carpet, whether for maintenance or because of large spots, spills or stains, consumers should ask following questions:
1) If you do it yourself? If so,
a. If you rent or buy a machine?
b. Which machine should I use?
C. Will you be able to clean to my satisfaction?
d. Does perceived low cost of hiring or doing it yourself is worth?
2) If you hire a professional? If so,
a. Which method to choose?
b. Which company would you choose?
C. The perceived higher cost worth it compared to renting or buying a machine?
Only you can answer these questions, but ignored. The typical professional carpet cleaner often attends classes carpet cleaning and stay abreast of new trends, methods, techniques, and chemistry, a typical professional carpet cleaner also cleans successfully thousands of square feet of carpet per year. The odor control products for pets called "Get Serious" work?
Even a long time on pet odors company? I look forward to something evenwill help remove many. I just moved into a place with carpet and the apparantley previous owners were pigs, dogs that were lying everywhere. The landlord steam cleaned before I moved, I think, because of the smell worse (didn't notice a smell at all in the first time I saw the apartment). I can not remove the carpet, and obviously he does not want to spend money on him, thats why they sit here. I wondered seriously? or any other product you could recommend? As I said, even if I can find something that will remove the smell when I'm not smelling it always like this.
The answer above is correct. You do not know what state you are, but here in CA paint and carpet are considered "normal wear" under the laws regarding the rental housing, and are the responsibility of the owner / lessor to maintain, not the tenant. Many other states have similar laws, then you should look tenant rights in your state and see what they are. Often you can get this kind of information for real estate agents or property management companies. Do not let your landlord out to be a slum Lord. They often do this because the tenants either do not know their rights or do exercise. That said, here is what I can tell you about cleaning urine stains pet ~ To kill animal pee smells for good, thoroughly soak the stain of urine with a combination of plain white vinegar and club soda. If you do not have soda water is OK, vinegar fine work on its own. If the stain is on carpet, cover the vinegar with layers of newspaper or paper towels and place something heavy on documents, like a stack of books. Sure protect your books from moisture with a plastic bag. If the APR is standing on a spot, such as a wall, cat spray, then you can use a spray bottle to spray the vinegar on the area. Leave everything there and let the vinegar dry place. The acidic pH of vinegar is alkaline pH balance urine, thus killing the odor for good, vinegar stinks a bit, but it's not as bad as the smell of cat pee! It works really well, I used this trick for years. They also sell special cleaners for that purpose in pet stores, the most common is called Nature's Miracle. I've never tried because the vinegar trick works very well, and you can find a gallon of vinegar not lot of money at all. Good luck, I hope this helps =^.^=

What is the best product for cleaning and cleaning tools to wipe with a tile shower?
I'm most recent cleaning and need help. I have a white shower tile with white grout. The grout and tile (especially on the floor of the shower) are likely becoming brownish. What is the best product to use to get them white again? So I'm not sure what the best tool to use for this work. A scrubbing brush? A sponge? Do I need to let the cleaner sit on the floor for a while? I also have a glass door that I would get the water drop off brands. What would be best for the glass door? How often should I clean the shower tiles looking for a bright white. Thank you for your help:)
I use bartender friend. You can find at Wal-Mart side of the comet. It works much better if. All wet from the shower, then sprinkle with scub nail brush until it comes out. This powder cleans everything at hand and get those deep stains and hard water stains. You can clean once a week. As an antifungal spray after the shower, I mix 2 tablespoons Tea tree oil Tea (Wal-Mart Pharmacy by witch hazel) in a spray bottle with 12 ounces of water. Shak and mist on the walls and floor to prevent mold. It does not blow like you bleach and it will not hurt your clothes if you accidentally spray it on yourself. As to your door glass, a mixture of 1 part vinegar white and 4 parts water in a spray bottle effectively clean all glass surfaces leaving a streak shines more. To avoid sticking to things Me, I give the glass and the surrounding metal, a very light coat of car wax and dry after my own .. Just do not get your shower tray or you may injure yourself.
I can not believe that oil! Humans have been using oil for thousands of years, long before drilling technology that arrived in the mid-1800s. Ancient cultures used as an adhesive and caulk the seams of wooden ships. Chinese used it as fuel to heat homes and light their lamps. John Pletz has worked in the cleaning business for over two decades, and he knows a thing or two about extending the life of your carpet. Regular Carpet Cleaning professional can save a business not only time and money, but also a lot of aggravation, "said Pletz, who is CEO of ServiceMaster Clean by Pletz, based in Crystal Lake, Illinois:
Cleaning Carpet can be compared to doing the laundry. Take your shirt and put it on the ground. Now, walk over it for six months, wash, then back on your back. It remains Wona € ™ t feel very clean. Itâ € ™ s the same with your carpet. Even if they are designed to hide dirt, they still retain dirt â € "unless you maintain them properly.
The most important thing you can do to keep your carpet is to vacuum regularly. This may seem obvious but itâ € ™ s amazing how often people forget a simple golden rule. Another important method of maintenance to prevent soil from migrating into your building is to use a good system mats.
The importance of mats
Mats is designed to capture the dirt from your shoes before it is followed in your office. Clean the carpet in your office regularly or theyâ € ™ ll become a major source of migration dirt in your company. And Donâ € ™ t forget that vacuuming should include not only the carpet in your office but also a full draw of your carpet on a regular basis.
Vacuum carpets regularly and is very critical because the particles down the back of the carpet, and as they can be sharp, they can possibly cut the rug itself, resulting in a loss of carpet fibers. A challenge facing many companies is when the dust of the ground is deeply in the carpet and finally gets deeply embedded in the media. This means that even when you clean a carpet it drops and you can see the dirt.
This occurs because the water seeps into the carpet to clean, making it wet on the bottom. Finally, the water evaporates, bringing some of the ground into the earth to the surface like dust and other particles migrate upwards â € "because they have no other where to go. You will see a box horribly dirty and one would think that the carpet Hasna € ™ t been cleaned, when in reality it Hasna € ™ t been cleaned enough.
With a regular routine vacuuming, two carpets and rugs must be professionally cleaned on a regular basis, but the carpet must be cleaned more often than carpets. One reason for this is that if you employ the use of carpet properly, and keep them clean to the standard, your carpet will stay cleaner and and you Wona € ™ t have to clean them often.
In general, we recommend you use a service mat if you have a lot of traffic in your office, they usually come to you and take the pads away and cleaned professionally. My number two suggestion is to have your own carpet cleaning service carpet and on a regular.
Extend carpet life of third
You can extend the life of carpets in your business as long as 35% simply by keeping them properly. The value of this is not just the cost. Think of the inconvenience of having your office everything has changed around putting new carpet. It can really be terribly inconvenient and it's something that can be easily avoided.
Protecting your carpet investment, implementing a maintenance program that allows your carpets to stay looking great longer, while saving money same time!
